How to access Case-Chat
Make sure you are logged in to your CanDoo account.
Navigate to desired CanLII case document.
Click on the conversation button at the top right corner to open the side panel.
By default, CanDoo will open the memo tab to start generating the memo. You need not wait for the memo; simply select the "Case Chat" tab to start a new conversation.
You are now ready to chat with the case. Ask any query you have about the case.
You can quickly provide feedback on the answer by giving a thumbs up or down. You can easily copy or share the memo with colleagues or clients via email or direct link.
